IRCTC which is the catering and tourism arm of Indian Railway is calling on Indian Citizens for filling up the post of apprentice trainees under the Apprenticeship Act in different trades. As per the release, there are 16 vacant posts and the last date for the submission of the application form is 15.07.2023. Indian Railway Catering And Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC) is inviting applications from candidates under the category of Apprentice Trainees under the Apprenticeship Act in various trades. The IRCTC in an official communiqué said that for the IRCTC Recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of a merit list.
The merit list will have broad parameters but will mostly depend upon the marks obtained in the High School Matriculation examination. There will not be any written or personal interviews. The final selection will be on the basis of the scrutiny and verification of the original documents. The minimum age limit has been fixed as 15 years while the Maximum age limit has been fixed as 25 years for the posts.
The posts are not permanent and will be for a duration of one year. The entire apprentice candidate will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs 9000. Interested candidates can submit their applications via the official website on or before the last date. Offline applications will not be entertained. The online application has already started from 15.06.2023.
