BDL or Bharat Dynamics Limited has invited applications from interested and eligible candidates for the job positions of Project Engineer and Project Officer. However, this recruitment is done on a contractual basis. As per the Official notification released, the total job vacancies reported is 100. The candidates who will be selected will be initially appointed for one year. However, based on their performance their tenure can be extended up to 4 years.
In the first year, according to the official BDL Recruitment 2023 notification, the candidates will be provided a monthly payment of Rs. 30000. The candidate’s age must not exceed 28 at the time of applying for these job roles.

Salary
Tenure for BDL Recruitment 2023
The minimum tenure of the selected candidates is 01 year. However, based on the performance of the candidate and the need and requirements of the organization, the tenure can be extended up to 4 years.
